SIMULATORS

Train Simulation This program is capable to simulate the realistic movement of a train with respect to the time table, the temporary speed limitations, the track topology (slopes, curves), the characteristics of the engine as well as the laws of physics.

Outdoor Element Simulation This program simulates all active outdoor objects of a train line (points, signals, level-crossings, tracks, etc.).

Interlock System and ETCS Simulation This program is capable to simulate a number of various interlock system, including but not limited to the oldest mechanical devices, the relaysystems and the modern computer based interlock systems.

Train Dispatcher This program can control train traffic according to a fixed timetable in a simulated environment.

Rangier Simulator This program can be used to control shunting activities on a station in cooperation with the Train Dispatcher.

Power supply simulator uses an electric circuit simulator that is capable to simulate any AC network of any size consisting of linear and non-linear elements. Based on the static model of the whole electric supply system (overhead contact lines, electric engines, transformers), the current location and performance of the engines, it is capable to calculate all current and voltage values of the network.

COMPLEX SIMULATOR SYSTEMS

Training simulator for station operators This system was designed to simulate the whole working environment of the railway operators, with a multi user application. The simulation processes run on the server computer, the users can login from client computers either located in the same room or via the Internet. The trainees can practice separately or in an instructor lead process with others.

Traffic simulator Almost the same components are used similar to the training simulator, but purpose of the Traffic Simulator is completely different. Typically this simulator is used to simulate long train lines (~100 km) for a period of several hours or even days to check if the train line and the power supply system are capable to support a certain volume of train traffic, even in emergency cases (accidents, technical defects). This simulator is needed to verify the plans before building new train lines or retrofitting old ones.
