Equipment suitable for automated and semi-automated testing of relay logic circuits. Main features:

– Automated test program.

– Automatic and semi-automatic fault location.

– Simultaneous use of 2 DC and one AC voltage level

– 300 Inputs and/or outputs.

– It is prepared for D55, D70, D70 „Track” and “Half Track” units currently operating at railway safety devices.

– Interactive user interface, which displays the current expected status of individual relays, relay contacts, as well as the expected voltage levels during the test.

An important part of the system is the environment suitable for creating the test programs which is characterized by the following:

– Software tool suitable for editing a circuit.

– Circuit simulator, which takes into account the time-dependent operation of the components, possible errors, and force-actions.

– A simulator-supported test program editor software tool that

o Calculates the expected voltage levels.

o Warns if a test step may cause damage to the circuit.

o Analyzes the test program for completeness and unambiguousness.

o Creates a “Faulteffect-Database” based on which a secondary AI algorithm performs statistical error estimation. After the test, an error log can be created in PDF format, which contains the results of the unit’s test points, probable errors and the operator’s own comments.
